this little pig was born. Inspired by a familiar childhood rhyme and rooted firmly in grown-up taste, this little pig is an upscale, casual restaurant celebrating farm-to-table American cuisine with a distinctive barbecue soul. At "pig," ingredients
are thoughtfully sourced, flavors are patiently crafted, and every dish tells
a story worth slowing down for.
At the heart of it all are husband-and-wife partners Jeffrey and Mandy Cooke,
Their guiding principles are simple and sincere: Authenticity in how they cook, Generosity in how they serve, and gratitude for the farmers, guests,
and community that make it all possible.
